Podere Calvaiola is an ancient farm of 100 hectares of land, of which 20 are woodland, 3 are vineyards, 4 are olive groves, the rest are arable land, generally wheat and oats in rotation.
Its lands are a nature reserve where many species of animals (wild boars, fallow deer, hedgehogs, foxes, owls, hawks, porcupines) live freely and for this reason there are no fences on the property.
THE ELEGANT VILLA
The farm consists of a main building where the reception is located, a kitchen and a large room that are used for events, weddings and ceremonies, the two Mistral rooms.
THE APARTMENTS
Upstairs, the two largest apartments. Outside, the 3 studio apartments Matta, Adami and Filippi are separated.
